Clan Engineering want our clients to know when an engineer is on route to a job. We want to be able to have our clients view their asset register online and download reports.

The Clan Engineering Customer Portal helps by giving our customers access to their data 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

When our customers log in to the portal they will be presented with a professionally branded dashboard showing them the key metrics that they're interested in. For example you might want to display total outstanding jobs, jobs attended within SLA or first time fix rate.
Clan Engineering presents the data to our customers in a way that is intuitive and easy on the eye. Our customers can download detailed reports, view their site history or look at asset registers, allowing informed business decisions to be made.

Real Time Status Updates
With Clan, gone are the days of being left in the dark about a job status or wondering when an engineer will be turning up!
Our portal allows our customers to see the real time status of their jobs at the touch of a button through their PC, tablet or smart phone
Our customers can see icons against each job to show when an engineer is on route, on site or when a job is completed.
We can give our customer access to job notes, engineer recommendations, photos and certificates.
You can download job sheets as PDFs if you need to.
Quotes And Invoices
In addition to giving our customers job information we can also give you access to quotes and invoices. As soon as we create a quotation it will be available for our customer to view online, download as a PDF or print.
It's really simple for you to approve the quote too. You can add your order number, comments and even upload a document such as a purchase order. This encourages a quick turnaround between quoting and completing the work.
Any sales invoices and credits that we create will also be available in our portal. Invoice queries are a thing of the past and can be eliminated by letting you search, download and print your own online.
